Project:

Co-branding Podcamp Philly and Content Camp jointly sponsoring one event. Co-branded Logo design, and website graphic creation.

Challenges:

The challenge with this project was that both properties had existing structure and logos predating the event. So the spirit of both logos had to be present. Both event organizers had to sign off on the finished product. This was also to be the time in years that we were not in charge of the website, so we only provided the graphics to use.

Outcome:

I took the color cues from Content Camp and mixed with the word-mark from both. I re-skinned the Podcamp Philly logo and wrapped it in the Large C for Content Camp. A brand isn’t worth much if it can’t be flexible. Both properties still retained their look and feel to the point where they remained identifiable, yet the new property had a bold and clean look all it’s own.
